Our Group Coaching program is an affordable option for aspiring athletes who wish to create a solid foundation to get themselves ready for a future contest prep. Join other like minded individuals in receiving regular nutrition updates and training programs with the support of our professional team.

Our 1 on 1 Coaching program is an exclusive application only process. On top of our Group Coaching program inclusions you will also be provided with direct contact to our coaches along with monthly adjustments to your training and nutrition plans, backed up by written and video coaching updates.

Learn the training principles involved in building a solid prep ready physique. We will provide you with an easy to follow, complete and progressive training program.

NUTRITION

Learn to apply evidence based strategies to your nutrition plan. You will receive a plan that is non restrictive, flexible and conducive to building a prep ready physique.

Acquire the skills and habits neccessary to succeed as an athlete. We will teach you to harness the powers of a growth mindset, observation, analysis and critical thinking.

Founder & Head Coach

Paolo has been in the industry since 2006, and is the founder and director of Athletic IQ Pty Ltd. He has worked with many athletes to help them look and perform their best on and off the stage. He has worked hard to build a successful and positive culture amongst his athletes and continues to produce excellent results with the help of his support team.

ROBBIE FRAME

Contest Prep Coach

Robbie is an Australian WBFF Professional Fitness Model and Contest Prep Coach. He has become one of the highest ranked bodybuilding competitors, and fitness models from the Southern Hemisphere. Although he actively competes, Robbie is passionate about helping others to follow his lead to achieve their own high level of success.
